How to fix the official Android OneNote 16.0.19127.20224 in 2025 often not syncing?

I use 3 OneNote clients:
  1. Windows OneNote
  2. iPad OneNote
  3. Android OneNote 16.0.19127.20224
 
Among them, Windows OneNote and iPad OneNote can sync with each other normally, but Android OneNote on phone cannot sync. 
How can this be resolved?

The stable version of Android OneNote indeed often cannot syncing.
