How to fix the official Android OneNote 16.0.19127.20224 in 2025 often not syncing?

I use 3 OneNote clients:

 

Among them, Windows OneNote and iPad OneNote can sync with each other normally, but Android OneNote on phone cannot sync. 

How can this be resolved?

 

Android OneNote 16.0.19127.20224 was released on October 10, 2025. It is a stable version. 

The stable version of Android OneNote indeed often cannot syncing.

 

but using the Android OneNote Beta version allows smooth and normal synchronization.
