How to open a local section .one file in Mac OneNote?

The “Open Section…” menu item now is available in the main menu of Mac OneNote. It can open local .one file.
When the main window of the OneNote app is in focus, the top menu bar of your Mac displays the main menu for OneNote.
Click the File menu in the main OneNote menu, and you will see the “Open Section ...” Menu item.
