Why didn't use for a few months, cannot open any OneNote files now?

Qustion:
I was using onenote for yearsfor my uni, but I didn't use for a few months now.
Today, I checked my notes from past and I can't open any of my notebooks.
They look in onenote onedrive but when I try to openit says:
Sorry, something went wrong. Item does not exist. It may have been deleted by another user.

I didn't delete any notebooks, and I am pretty sure that they were saved in cloud since I was using the same notebooks both in web and mobile app
I am not using a school account but I'm using my personal one. I can see all the notebooks and I am sure that I didn't delete anyfiles from my onedrive. But I cannot open them
