Question:
Starting from June 5, 2026, when opening OneNote notebooks in Web OneNote, the webpage keeps refreshing.
Web OneNote cannot be used normally.
Finally, display error:
Allow access to Microsoft 365 account: Your browser settings are preventing an optional experience with Microsoft 365. Allow access to improve your experience.
Sorry, this notebook can't be opened for editing.
