OneNote v2508 Change Format Painter Keyboard Shortcut

August 26, 2025, Office OneNote (Include Office One365, Office One to 2024, Office One, 2021) update to v2508.
In this update, the more commonly used Format Painter shortcuts have been modified to:

• Copy Format Painter: Ctrl+Alt+C
• Paste Format Painter: Ctrl+Alt+V

OneNote v2507 Uses the Old Format Painter Shortcut

 
The format painter shortcuts for OneNote v2507 and its predecessors are:

• Copy Format Painter: Ctrl+Shit+C
• Paste Format Painter: Ctrl+Shift+V
