How to fix display clutter on my Surface external display when dragging OneNote from one screen to another?

Question:

My Surface has a large display attached to it.
When I drag OneNote from the Surface screen to the large display, the OneNote display is confusing.
The page list pane and content in the main OneNote window have disappeared, while the notebook tree pane occupies the entire screen.
Unable to be used normally. How to solve it?
