OneNote v2604 Changed the Copy function Ctrl+C from Image format to Plain Text Format

After copying using the Ctrl+C shortcut, when pasting into many Apps, it will be recognized as an image.

when copying with the shortcut Ctrl+C and pasting into these Apps, it is recognized as plain text.

Finally, OneNote v2604 has improved a long-standing issue of many years.
